We want our customers to be satisfied with their Aroma Galore purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 7 days of the time in which the order was received. To be eligible for a return items must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 

To initiate a return, please email returns@aromagalore.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization (rma) number. if your return is accepted you will receive a email with your rma number and instructions on were to send your return.  We are unable to cover return shipping costs and we do not offer exchanges at this time.
